A signed, policy-gated channel that lets an agent run one command on a host it cannot reach — hashed results, no socket, no shell.

An agent can read a repository and comment on an issue, but it cannot run a single command on the host behind the firewall — which is where the failure actually is. Dropline is a dead drop for exactly that: agent A leaves one request, only the host agent C collects it, and the answer comes back hashed and signed. Read-only by default, no socket anywhere.
Start with install, then write one request and verify the result. The pipeline is the evidence.
